Self certification

Quarterly self-certifications provide assurance that NHS providers are compliant with the conditions of their NHS provider licence.

The quarterly self-certifications provide assurance that NHS providers are compliant with the conditions of their NHS provider licence.

The Corporate Governance Team review compliance quarterly to ensure that the Trust can continue to demonstrate effective systems are in place and adherence to the conditions of the NHS provider licence, NHS legislation and the NHS Constitution. 

The self-certifications are reviewed quarterly by the Board of Directors.
