Dr Timothy Irvine is a Consultant Cardiologist specialising in valvular heart disease and echocardiography.

Dr Timothy Irvine is a Consultant Cardiologist at Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary specialising in valvular heart disease and echocardiography.

Dr Irvine qualified from Edinburgh University Medical School in 1988 and carried out his cardiology training in the North East of England.

Training included an 18 month research position in Echocardiography at the Oregon Health Sciences University. He was appointed Consultant Cardiologist in Newcastle in 2003.
