The context we work in
In developing our five-year strategy, we are clear about our leadership role both in the local health and care system and as one of the major anchor institutions in the wider NHS. Our challenge is to not only maintain and develop our own organisation, but also play a broader leadership role in improving the health and wellbeing in the city and system.
Our strategy is for our organisation, but it is written in the context of system working and respects the evolving architecture of the NHS as it develops Integrated Care Systems and Partnership.
